: The study was submitted to and approved by the International Review Board dell’Istituto per lo Studio delle Psicoterapie (ISP-IRB-2024-9). In the process of analyzing information flows, no patient data were collected. Only information related to professional roles and work procedures was gathered. Specifically, the study focuses on organizational behavior, work and information management, and how technology interacts with these aspects to define new ways of working. Informed consent was obtained from the participants who were interviewed, in accordance with the ethical principles of the Declaration of Helsinki.
