: This study received ethical approval from the Commission Cantonale d’éthique de la recherche Genève and Institutional Review Board of the Universidad Peruana Cayetano Heredia, Lima, Peru. All participants were given a verbal and written explanation of the study and consented to participate by signing an Informed Consent Form. Although this was not a medical study but a qualitative public health one, we followed the guidelines stated in the Helsinki Declaration.
