: SIOHPS data will be published in peer-reviewed journals and presented at international conferences. Reports of results at an aggregated level will be delivered to, and discussed with, participating workplaces. However, they will not receive information that can be tracked down to individual HCW. Results from the study will be continuously discussed with the extended project group tied to the research project, which consists of researcher and practitioners with expert knowledge of relevance for the project and functions as an advisory board. Also, results will be discussed with previously identified stakeholders involved in the project development phase.

: Protocol version 1, 2025–02–17. Recruitment began July 1, 2024, and preliminary date for recruitment completion is December 31, 2025.
