: This study was reviewed and approved by the Institutional Review Board (IRB) at Universidad Peruana Cayetano Heredia, Lima, Peru (IRB00001014, date of approval: September 4th, 2023). The study was conducted in accordance with the ethical principles of the Declaration of Helsinki. The study was further modified by an IRB-approved amendment adding a review of participants’ medical records to confirm reported diagnoses and follow-ups visits. All participants signed an informed consent after the aims and procedures of the study were explained. Personal data of the participants were available exclusively to the personnel assigned to each study site and to the research team. Deidentified databases were analysed using codes assigned to each participant. No personal data has been published.
