Ethical clearances and approvals were secured from the Institutional Review Boards (IRBs) of St. Paul’s Hospital Millennium Medical College (Reference No. PM23/1221), Addis Ababa City Administration Health Bureau (Reference No. AAH/18650/227), Yekatit 12 Hospital Medical College (Reference No. RPO/480/24), and Menilik II Medical College (official letter along with the AAH/18650/227 dated May 22, 2024).
