: JH is a full-time medical student. ES is a full-time PhD student. Associate professor PJP is a full-time researcher/lecturer at Karolinska Institutet. Associate professor IA is a full-time researcher at Karolinska Institutet and ELIB. Professor EvS is a full-time researcher at Sophiahemmet Högskola and Karolinska Institutet. Assistant professor AE works part-time as a researcher at Karolinska Institutet (20%), at the Nordic Institute of Manual Medicine (NIMM) (20%), and as deputy clinic manager at two multi-disciplinary rehab units (60%).
