: The participants agreed with the audio recording in order to analysis and publication, the name of the participant and the work location were not included. Informed consent to participate was obtained from all of the participants in the study. Also no patient data were included. The study protocol was conducted in compliance with Dutch regulations governing qualitative research with healthcare professionals. These regulations state that review by a certified medical ethics committee was not required, as the study did not involve patients or invasive interventions and therefore did not require ethical approval.
