: All procedures were performed in accordance with the Declaration of Helsinki and the study was approved by the Ethics Committee of Iran University of Medical Sciences (IR.IUMS.REC.1401.332). Prior to participation, all individuals were provided with information about the study objectives, procedures, confidentiality measures, and their right to withdraw at any time without any consequences. For staff and consultants, written informed consent was obtained. For callers, verbal consent was obtained at the beginning of the telephone interview, and only those who agreed proceeded with the interview. Callers were also assured that their personal identities and hotline records would remain anonymous and would not be linked to the study data.
