: The study was approved by the ethics committee of Shiraz University of Medical Sciences (Ethics Code: IR.SUMS.SCHEANUT.REC.1401.072). In addition, this study was conducted according to the Helsinki Declaration and its later amendments. In the study, the written informed consent principle was used. Both oral and written information about the study was provided to potential volunteers. The details included plans for publication as well as the purpose and methodology of the investigation.
