: The research study adhered to and is in compliance with the Declaration of Helsinki. Massachusetts General Hospital and the Mass General Brigham Human Research Office/ Institutional Review Board granted study approval prior to study start-up (protocol number 2022P001285). The need for consent to participate in the study was waived by the Mass General Brigham Institutional Review Board. Informed consent was waived because the research presents no more than minimal risk of harm to subjects and involves no procedures for which written consent is normally required outside of the research context, such as completing surveys. For the listening sessions, appropriate FQHC middle managers and senior leaders were invited to these sessions by the Mass League per standard communication procedure. Participants were instructed to maintain confidentiality during and after the sessions. The transcripts were de-identified, and files were stored on a secure server.
