: Study permission was granted on 27th April 2022 to collect non-identifiable information from previously collected patient data, to develop and test the survey tool through Governance Arrangements for Research Ethics Committees, called GAfREC (No: GF-0482). Ethics permission was given by a Research Ethics Committee based in Research and Development at University Hospitals Coventry and Warwickshire NHS Trust, Coventry, Midlands to conduct the research in accordance with the Declaration of Helsinki.
