: Ethical clearance was obtained from the ethical review committee of Menelik II Medical and Health Science College (Reference number- 5/38/11/3095). The data were collected after the purpose of the study was presented to each selected household and verbal informed consent was obtained. Any personal identifying variables of each participant were kept confidential. To assure confidentiality code number was assigned to the study participants without mentioning the name. The information that was collected by the study was kept in a file and locked with a key. The study was conducted in accordance with the Declaration of Helsinki.
