: The study did not involve patients or vulnerable persons and was limited to the evaluation of regular quality assurance and professional development activities of a nursing home provider. As outlined in the Information Sheet on the Ethics Committee Regulations at Alice Salomon University of Applied Sciences Berlin [ ], research projects without foreseeable risks to participants do not require an ethical review. Nevertheless, the study adhered to internationally recognized ethical principles, including the ICN Code of Ethics and the Declaration of Helsinki.
