: The study was approved by the Institutional Human Ethics Committee of ICMR-National Institute of Occupational Health (ICMR-NIOH/EC/2024/5) and conducted in accordance with the Helsinki Declaration. All participants provided informed written consent, including permission for audio recording and anonymized use of their responses. Thumb impressions were used for women with limited literacy, following ethical guidelines. Confidentiality and privacy were maintained throughout the study.
