: Potential participants were invited to take part in the study by an introductory email and then followed up by a project researcher to provide study information (including prototypes of the matrix), answer questions and organise mutually agreeable interview times to provide sufficient time for participants to consider involvement. Participants were fully informed on study aims and specific information sought from them before the start of the interview. Informed consent was obtained through implied consent demonstrated by participation in the interview after receiving this information and provided agreement to record the session. All interviews were recorded. This study was approved by the Monash University Human Research Ethics Committee (Project ID: 19969) who approved the method for consent. This study adhered to the Declaration of Helsinki, Ethical Principles for Medical Research Involving Human Participants.
