All the informants were given written and oral information about the study’s purpose and provided a written informed consent to participate in this study. They were informed that their participation was voluntary and that they could withdraw without consequences. The study was carried out in accordance with the guidelines of the Health Research Act in Norway and the National Committee for Medical and Health Research Ethics [ , ]. Since our study did not collect data concerning health or disease, it was not subject to evaluation by the Regional Committees for Medical and Health Research Ethics (REK) in Norway.
