: This research project has been conducted in accordance with the principles of the Helsinki Declaration and further adheres to the legal requirements of the study country. This study was register-based, only anonymized data was used, data is presented in aggregate and anonymous form, and study participants were not contacted nor required any active participation. According to Danish law, approval from an ethics committee and informed consent to participate are not required for register-based studies (section 14.2 of the Act on Research Ethics Review of Health Research Projects and section 10 of the Data Protection Act). In terms of data protection, the study was registered at the University of Southern Denmark inventory (record no. 11.436).
