: This study was approved by the Al Quds University Research Ethics Committee, which is aligned with the Helsinki guide. The reference number for this study is Al-Quds University/Public Health faculty/14/24. Committee head: Dr. Nuha El Shareef. Participants' consent was obtained via email and interview recordings. Informed consent was obtained from all participants prior to their involvement in the study. Consent was provided via email and confirmed verbally during the recorded interviews. Participants were informed about the purpose of the study, their voluntary participation, the confidentiality of their responses, and their right to withdraw at any time without consequence. All procedures adhered to ethical guidelines approved by Al Quds University's ethical committee.
