: This study was conducted in full accordance with the ethical principles outlined in the Declaration of Helsinki. An ethical approval letter was obtained from the ethical review committee of Dambi Dollo University. A formal letter explaining the objectives, rationale, and expected outcomes of the study was then written to the health institutions included in the study. The respondents were informed of the objective and purpose of the study and verbal consent was obtained from each respondent. In addition, confidentiality and privacy of the study population were assured and respected.
