: JB is a Senior Research Fellow at the University Centre for Rural Health (UCRH) and leads the evaluation of its medical education program. KS is a Professor of Medical Education at the University of Sydney and plays a key role in evaluating the broader medical program. CA is a General Practitioner and Clinical Educator at the UCRH, involved in teaching medical students. JD is a Specialist Respiratory Physician at Lismore Base Hospital and a Clinical Educator at the UCRH, also supporting medical student education. RMc is a Research Fellow at the UCRH with expertise in climate change adaptation. RB is an Honorary Professor of Rural Health at the Sydney School of Public Health, University of Sydney, based at the UCRH, and leads research on the health impacts of climate change. JB, RMcN, CA, JD, and RB are all based in Lismore, where the flooding events occurred. KS is based in Sydney and works externally to the day-to-day operations of the UCRH.
