: The study was conducted in Sweden according to Swedish laws and regulations. Participants were interviewed in their professional roles, and no personal or sensitive information was obtained. According to the Swedish Ethical Review Act ( Lag om etikprövning av forskning som avser människor 2003:460 ), the study did not require ethical clearance by a regional ethical review authority because it does not include any primary empirical data on biological material or sensitive personal information. All participants were informed of the purpose of the study and of their managers’ knowledge of their participation in the study before agreeing to participate. Informed consent was obtained from all participants, and each quotation in the article was approved by the quoted party before publication.
