: Ethical approval for this study was obtained from the Ethics Committee Research of University Hospitals Leuven (UZ Leuven) and KU Leuven, Belgium (S69748). The committee confirmed that the study did not fall under the scope of the Belgian Law of 7 May 2004 on experiments on the human person, as it involved an anonymous, non-interventional survey among HCPs. Because the survey was fully anonymous and voluntary, written informed consent was not required; completion of the questionnaire was considered to imply consent.
