: This systematic review and meta-analysis was conducted in accordance with the Declaration of Helsinki and following PRISMA 2020 guidelines. As this study constitutes secondary analysis of previously published literature, formal ethics approval from an Institutional Review Board was not required. The study protocol was reviewed and approved by the Research Ethics Committee of the 904th Hospital of the Joint Logistics Support Force of PLA (approval number: 2024010), confirming that the systematic review methodology complies with ethical standards for secondary data analysis research. Individual patient consent was not applicable as no original human participant data were collected; all included studies were required to have obtained appropriate informed consent from participants as per their respective institutional requirements.
