: We obtained ethical approval from the Institutional Review Board of St. Paul’s Hospital Millennium Medical College (Ref. n o PM23/829). Permission letters were also obtained from Addis Ababa City Administration Health Bureau and Gulele Sub-city Health Office and health facilities included in the study.
