: This study received ethical approval from the Institutional Review Board (IRB) of Mansoura University, Faculty of Medicine (R.25.01.2982). The protocol was reviewed and approved explicitly as a multi-center study, with planned recruitment from seven public medical schools across three regions of Egypt.
