: The study protocol was reviewed and approved by the Jaramogi Oginga Odinga University of Science and Technology (JOOUST), the National Commission for Science, Technology and Innovation (NACOSTI), and Ethics Committee of Antwerp University Hospital (UZA) /UAntwerp with approval license numbers ERC/5/24-06, NACOSTI/P/23/25192 and Project ID 7030, respectively. The primary author sent an online informed consent form to the PHC workers, informing them of the opportunity to participate in online assessments. Individual informed consent was signed by each PHC worker participant before data collection began. The primary author assured the participants that declining to participate would not affect their selection for the training or their work practices; participation was voluntary and confidential.
