: This study was approved by the Institutional Review Board at King Fahad Specialist Hospital, Dammam, Saudi Arabia (IRB Study Number CLU0030, effective from 09 March 2025 to 08 March 2026). The ethics approval letter is attached in Appendix . All procedures were conducted in accordance with relevant national regulations and the ethical standards of the institutional research committee. Informed consent was obtained through an IRB approved information sheet provided electronically with the survey link. The IRB waived the requirement for written documentation of consent, and completion of the questionnaire was taken as implied consent to participate.
