: This study, involving interviews with healthcare professionals and administrators on organizational and technological adoption topics, was conducted in strict accordance with the ethical principles of the Declaration of Helsinki. The study protocol was reviewed and approved by the Institutional Review Board of Capital Medical University, covering the research supported by both the [A Study on the Dynamic Price Adjustment Mechanism for New Medical Technology Service Projects in Beijing] and the [A Study on the Institutional Mechanisms for Multi-Sectoral Collaboration and Co-Governance/Co-Management in Community Emergency Response] (Approval Nos: [Z2023SY096] and [Z2022SY019]). Throughout the research process, no personal health data or identifiable patient information was collected. All data pertained exclusively to professional experiences, opinions on workplace technology, and organizational processes.
