: The study involved human subjects and was approved by Uganda Martyrs University Research and Ethics Committee. Ethical approval was obtained from the Kampala Capital City Authority (KCCA) Research Ethics Committee, KCCA-REC (Ref: LUB/KCCA/005/09) based on the National Guidelines for Research Involving Human Participants in Uganda. Administrative permission to conduct the study was obtained from the Town Clerk Lubaga Division and from the chairpersons of the local councils. All the participants provided their written informed consent to participate in this study and further confirmed by imprinting thumb prints on the consent form.
