The study was approved by the regional ethics board in Uppsala (Dnr. 2016/504 - interviews) and (Dnr. 2016/504-1B - survey). Prior to the interviews and survey, the participants were informed both verbal and in writing about the study’s purpose including the voluntariness and the possibility to withdraw at any time. The verbal information included information and consent to publish anonymous quotes from the interviews. When deciding to participate, the department managers signed a written consent.
