: This study was approved by the Norwegian Agency for Shared Services in Education and Research (project no: 322965). Participants were informed about the purpose of the study and provided consent by voluntarily completing the survey. Data were stored in the Services for Sensitive Data (TSD) platform, where responses were pseudoanonymised and never directly accessible to the research team. Participants could disclose their identity only if they wished to withdraw, thereby minimising the risk of participant recognition. For analysis, the researchers accessed only fully anonymised data. The study was conducted in accordance with the Declaration of Helsinki [ ].
