: The research team assessed the study using the Dutch Central Committee on Research Involving Human Subjects (CCMO) decision tool and determined that it was not subject to the Dutch Medical Research Involving Human Subjects Act (WMO). As such, the requirement for formal ethical approval was waived. The study was conducted in accordance with the principles of the Declaration of Helsinki. Prior to the survey questions about the LFO, informed consent was obtained from the participating representatives.
