Ethics approval and consent to participate: Based on the current Italian laws (January 26 , 2023 , Ministerial Decree and EU Regulation 536/2014) , ethics committee approval is required for clinical research or studies involving direct interventions with and on human beings. The present study does not fall under clinical studies, as it does not entail experimental treatments. Rather, this study relies on the Delphi method and gathers the views of experts on a conceptual model. The study was conducted in accordance with the principles outlined in the Declaration of Helsinki. All participants were fully informed about the study objectives, confidentiality, and their rights. Informed consent was obtained from all participants before completing the first round of the Delphi survey and before participating in the workshops.
