: The study, designated as reference number 2024-355-IND-04, received prior approval from the Institutional Ethics Committee (IEC) of the All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS), Deoghar, Jharkhand, India. Data collection was integrated into the training for FHWs on RI during the World Immunisation Week 2024 event. Informed written consent was obtained from all participants before enrolment.
