: The Health Science Centre Ethical Committee at Kuwait University has obtained prior review and ethical approval for the research. The reference number for the study is VDR/EC-389. Within the research study, a written informed consent to participate was obtained with a link and statement before the survey. General demographic details were obtained from participants.
