(HREC) Ethics Number: NWU-00059-23-A1. Permission to conduct the study was obtained from the provincial health authorities in North West Province and from the participating hospitals. Informed consent was obtained from all the study participants. The principles of privacy, anonymity, and confidentiality were adhered to. Participants were reminded of their voluntary participation and the right to withdraw at any point during the study. Anonymity and confidentiality were ensured.
