: This study was reviewed and approved as exempt human subjects research by the Institutional Review Board of the California University of Science and Medicine (IRB protocol HS-2025-81). The study was conducted in accordance with applicable ethical standards for human subjects research, including the Declaration of Helsinki and U.S. federal regulations (45 CFR 46). The study involved de-identified data collected from adult participants through interviews focused on system-level language access processes in behavioral health services.
