: Institutional ethical committee approval was obtained from the International Institute of Health Management Research, Delhi, to conduct this study [IRBFPM007]. The researchers further followed the Declaration of Helsinki to maintain the confidentiality and integrity of the study participants while closely adhering to survey ethics. To maintain the confidentiality of patients’ personal information, identifiers such as names, phone numbers, and identification numbers were omitted. The data extraction sheet, which contained sensitive material, was secured with a passcode accessible exclusively to the investigators.

: Written Informed consent was obtained for participation in this study from all the study participants at the time of recruitment. Additionally, the written informed consents were obtained from the mother for one girl child and a legal guardian for one boy at the time of recruitment.
