: The Resilience in Healthcare Program is supported by Sikt – Norwegian Agency for Shared Services in Education and Research (formerly known as the Norwegian Centre for Research Data (NSD)), reference number: 864334. Sikt is the main approval granting body for this type of research study in Norway and is an independent body unaffiliated with any one institution. All principles from the Helsinki declaration were followed, including written and oral informed consent to participate from all participants and their right to withdraw from the study at any time. The participants were informed about their duty of confidentiality regarding any information shared during the workshops and focus groups. Before each activity, we provided information about the study, allowed for any concerns to be raised during and after the sessions, and assured participants they could withdraw at any time without consequence. The Regional Committees for Research Ethics in Norway considered that the study was not governed by the Health Research Act.
