: This study was conducted in accordance with the ethical principles outlined in the Declaration of Helsinki and all relevant national and institutional guidelines for human research ethics. Ethical approval for this study was obtained from the University of Wollongong Health and Medical Human Research Ethics Committee (Reference: 2024/310) and the Ethical Review Board of the University of Gondar, Ethiopia (Reference: VP/RTT/05/1/16/2025). Participant recruitment was carried out using multiple strategies: a recruitment poster was displayed at the entrances of primary healthcare facilities in Gondar, and online advertisements were disseminated through social media platforms. Individuals who expressed interest in the study received an email invitation containing information about the study’s objectives, a Participant Information Sheet, and an electronic consent form. Electronic informed consent was obtained from all participants prior to participation.
