Ethics approval and consent to participate: Ethical approval for this study was obtained from the Institutional Review Board (IRB) of Yekatit 12 Hospital Medical College, College of Public Health and Department of Health Care Quality (Ref. No: 571/24). Permission to conduct the study was obtained from Tirunesh Beijing General Hospital. Written and verbal informed consent were obtained from all participants prior to data collection. Participation was voluntary, and confidentiality and anonymity were maintained throughout the study. All procedures were conducted in accordance with the Declaration of Helsinki.
