: The study was conducted in accordance with the Declaration of Helsinki [52] and approved by the Research Ethics Committee of the Central Denmark Region (file no. 1-10-72-137-23), which covers this study and the subsequent feasibility studies. In addition, the study was registered with the legal office of the Central Denmark Region (file no. 1-16-02-133-23). Participants in the workshop and Delphi process were recruited from a pool of former ICU patients and relatives who had previously given informed consent to be contacted for research purposes. In accordance with Danish law and The Danish Healthcare Act §42, surveys and workshops of this nature do not require formal ethics committee approval. All data were stored and handled in compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
