: Ethical approval was not required for this study according to the Swedish Ethical Review Authority (decision 2020–05805), since no sensitive personal data was collected. However, written information was distributed to the respondents beforehand, to increase their understanding about the purpose of the study, how their data would be stored and used, that all data collected were anonymous, and that participation was completely voluntary. All participants gave informed consent to participate in the study by answering the survey. All used methods were guided by the Declaration of Helsinki and the European General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
