: This study was approved by the Ethics Committee of Kerman University of Medical Sciences (Ethics Code: IR.KMU.REC.1404.432). At the beginning of the sampling process, the aims and procedures of the study were explained to the target population, and verbal informed consent was obtained. Participants who met the inclusion criteria subsequently received detailed information regarding the study objectives, interview procedures, confidentiality, and voluntary nature of participation, after which written informed consent was obtained from all participants. Participants were informed that the interviews would be audio-recorded with their permission and that all personal information would remain confidential and anonymous. Codes were used instead of participants’ names to ensure anonymity. Participants were also assured that the findings would be used solely for research purposes and that they could withdraw from the study at any stage without any consequences. All methods were carried out in accordance with the relevant guidelines and regulations, including the Declaration of Helsinki.
