Ethics approval and consent to participate: This study was conducted in accordance with the Declaration of Helsinki. Ethical approval was obtained from the Norwegian Agency for Shared Services in Education and Research (SIKT) (approval no. 805491). The Regional Committee for Medical and Health Research Ethics (REC) reviewed the project and granted an exemption, as it was classified as health service research (registration no. 52825). All participants received written and oral information about the study, including that participation was voluntary and that they could withdraw at any time. Both oral and written informed consent were obtained from all participants.
