: This study was approved by the Institutional Review Board (IRB) of Addis Ababa University (Protocol #: 053/23/Ortho) on August 16th, 2023, and was deemed exempt from full review. Since the study involved a voluntary survey of orthopaedic surgeons and did not utilize patient data, the need for formal written informed consent was waived by the IRB. Completion and submission of the survey were considered as providing informed consent to participate. Research was conducted in accordance with the principles of the Declaration of Helsinki and local statutory requirements.
