Ethics approval and consent to participate: The South Eastern Sydney Local Health District (SESLHD) Human Research Ethics Committee granted ethical approval for this study (HREC reference 2022/STE02875) which upholds the Declaration of Helsinki. Additionally, external approval was obtained from Macquarie University’s Medicine and Health Sciences Ethics Subcommittee (reference 520231318651278). Governance approval was also received for data collection at each site. All participants provided written informed consent for audio-recorded interviews and for researchers to observe their work. This included consent for publication / dissemination of de-identified results.
