Ethics approval and consent to participate: The Regional Ethics Committee in Western Norway determined that the project (application number 590177) falls outside the Norwegian health research legislation. The Norwegian Agency for Shared Services in Education and Research approved the lawful processing of data (reference 757154). The study followed the Declaration of Helsinki and all relevant guidelines and regulations. Participants received written information and provided informed consent, including consent for audio recorded interviews.
