Ethics approval and consent to participate: The research design and process followed the Finnish National Research Ethics Guidelines [60]. According to the guidelines of the National Research Ethics Advisory Board (TENK), this study does not require ethical approval. Participation in the study was voluntary. The participants were informed about the aims of the interview, the planned use of the data and their rights when they were invited to participate and at the beginning of the interview. The data were pseudonymized, so that individual pharmacies and interviewees cannot be identified from the data. The data were anonymized for reporting.
