Ethics approval and consent to participate: Ethical approval for this sub-project was granted under a larger research project by both the Dublin City University Research Ethics Committee (DCU REC) and the participating hospital’s Institutional Review Board (IRB), and complies with the Declaration of Helsinki. This study collected anonymised expert perspectives from a panel of healthcare professionals. It did not involve patient information, clinical interventions, or any personal health data. All participants provided informed consent prior to participation, which was opt-in, voluntary and anonymous, and no identifiable information was collected.
